Education, teaching, training: Human potential management. Professional career planning: Employee performance managing; Creating motivational setting. Top management role; Immediate managing role. Employee motivation: HRM communication. Organization in HR. Security and health protection: Occurrence and normative regulation; To what does security and work safety apply? Emotional and physical protection; social protection; The role of HR in health protection among employees.

Students will learn to:
– Manage their knowledge of theoretical background regarding human resource management – Apply methods and techniques of human resources in practice – Apply techniques and research instruments for human resource management problems and suggest proper measures of practice improvement.
