The goal of the course is for students to acquire knowledge about the creation of law, law drafting and other normative acts: drafting principles, methods of law creation, rules of legal technique, constituent parts of regulations, the procedure for drafting laws and other acts from the preparation through the preparation of preliminary drafts and proposals). Within the course, students are introduced to the techniques of legal interpretation and drafting of individual legal acts (judicial and administrative) in conditions simulating the state bar exam. | |||||||||||||||
