Description

The aim of the course is to provide students with general
and specific knowledge about the law of obligations,
gaining knowledge of the structure of obligation relations,
principles of regulating obligation relations and basic
institutions of obligation rights. Students acquire basic
knowledge about the most important obligations
relationships established in turnover of goods and services
between physical persons, legal entities, and legal
entities and physical persons. They acquire specific legal
skills in the system of protection of property rights and
develop creative ability in order to improve relations
between entities in obligation relations.

Learning outcomes

Students recognise the sources, concepts, and institutes. They understand the civil law environment within the Continental legal system, and the place of the obligation rights within it. They can find and offer solutions for problems in the field of the law of obligations. They can collect and critically analyse relevant literature and normative materials.
