Description

The professional internship program is fully adapted to the
requirements of the bachelor study program and provides
students an opportunity to spend some time in different
financial institutions in Serbia. During the internship,
students introduce the organizational structure and working
processes in banks, insurance companies, investment funds
and other financial organizations. Also, students are
involved in different expert teams working on specific
tasks in order to better understand the technology of work
and business operations, especially in the field of
analysis of financial statements and identification and
risk management.

Upon successful completion of the professional internship,
students should have:

• better integrated theoretical and practical knowledge

· improved qualities (knowledge and skills) necessary to
start working immediately after completion of studies

• improved business communication and team working
• increased motivation for future business engagements
