In accordance with the grant agreements No. 2020-1-RS01-KA103-065098 signed between Union University in Belgrade and the National Tempus Foundation, Union University in Belgrade announces:
CALL FOR INCOMING STUDENT MOBILITY FOR STUDYING AT BELGRADE BANKING ACADEMY – FACULTY OF BANKING, INSURANCE AND FINANCE, UNIVERSITY UNION IN BELGRADE
The call is open until December 20, 2022, and interested foreign students can apply for mobility for the purpose of studying (Student Mobility for Studies – SMS) for a maximum of 5 months during the summer semester of the academic 2022/2023 at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance, Union University in Belgrade.
Terms of participation
- Incoming mobility means that a student of a higher education institution from abroad as a home institution realizes part of the study program at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance, Union Belgrade University as the recipient institution, after which he returns to the home institution abroad where he completes enrolled study program.
- Interested foreign students from EU Erasmus + partner universities with which the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance has signed agreements on inter-institutional cooperation can apply for the mentioned competition for student mobility announced by the Union University.
- The interested foreign student applies by submitting the Application Form, the Transcript of grades from the study program of the home institution and the proposal of the Learning Agreement which must be certified by the signature of the authorized person of the home institution and the seal of the home institution.
- The faculty of the Union University in Belgrade to which the student is applying or, if the inter-institutional agreement so provides, the academic ECTS coordinator of the Union University in Belgrade decides on the application of the interested foreign student.
- In case of accepting the application of a foreign student, the receiving institution signs a Learning Agreement with the incoming student, with which, at his request, an Invitation Letter can be delivered.
- In the event that the application of an interested foreign student is not accepted, the student shall be provided with an explanation in writing.
- A foreign student has all the rights and obligations of a full-time student at Union Belgrade University.
- The incoming student is obliged to regulate the temporary stay with the competent authorities in the Republic of Serbia and to have provided adequate health insurance during the mobility. Union University in Belgrade, i.e. the faculty provides assistance to the incoming student in providing the necessary documents (visa, insurance, etc.) and about accommodation.
- The participant in the competition is obliged to timely submit the complete documentation required by the competition. Incomplete, late and technically incorrect applications will be rejected.
- Properly prepared and scanned documents should be sent exclusively in PDF format by e-mail to the address of the Union University coordinator (iva.tarabic@union.edu.rs) with a brief description of the content of the application. Incomplete and irregular applications, as well as those that are not in accordance with the Instruction, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
- The application with complete documentation must be submitted to the administrative coordinator at the home faculty (sonja.radenkovic@bba.edu.rs) in order to be placed on the monitoring platform for monitoring the mobility program of the Union University. Applications that are not posted on the platform WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Applications that are not submitted by the specified deadline will NOT be CONSIDERED.
