Erasmus+ is the European Union’s flagship programme supporting education, training, youth, and sport across Europe. It is designed to foster international cooperation, enhance quality in education, and provide unique opportunities for students, academic and administrative staff to gain valuable experience abroad.

University Union participates in the activities of the Erasmus+ program, as it holds the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2021-2027. This Charter provides a general quality framework for European and international cooperation activities that a higher education institution can implement within the Erasmus+ program.

The heart of the Erasmus+ program is mobility projects (Key Action 1, KA1), which promote the mobility of individuals for learning, training, teaching, and professional development. Through Erasmus+ KA1 projects, our university enables students, academic, and administrative staff to participate in international exchanges, study visits, internships, and training activities throughout Europe.

Tempus Foundation promotes and implements Erasmus+ in Serbia.

What do KA1 Erasmus+ mobility projects offer?

Student mobility: Opportunities to study abroad and undertake internships in partner institutions and organizations, helping students to develop new skills, broaden their perspectives, and improve their employability.

Staff mobility: Teaching assignments and training for academic and non-academic staff, fostering professional growth and knowledge exchange.

Why participate?

By participating in these projects, individuals gain international experience and intercultural skills, improve their language skills and professional competencies, and build networks with colleagues and institutions across Europe, thereby contributing to personal, academic, and professional development.
